2. Strategic Planning: We create a strategic plan for your company’s technology initiatives to support its business goals and objectives typically over a period of 1-3 years. We prioritize technology initiatives based on their potential impact on the business and their feasibility within your company’s budget and resources, and we create a timeline for each initiative, including milestones and deadlines.
3. Solution Selection: We define the problem or challenge your company is trying to solve, research potential technology solutions, narrow down potential solutions based on various factors, and make a final decision on the best solution for your company.
4. Risk Mitigation: We identify potential risks and vulnerabilities to your company’s data and information systems and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
5. Vendor Selection and Review: We identify, select, and review third-party vendors or partners to provide products or services to your company, ensuring that your organization maximizes the value of its vendor relationships.
6. Tech Pitch Deck Preparation and Presentation: We assist in preparing a tech pitch deck, explaining the technical value of your idea or product to investors, providing answers to any technical questions asked by investors, and presenting to the Board.
   Our services are provided on a flexible basis, allowing you to only pay for the services you need.

Please note that all our services are advisory and consultative in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, the final decisions and actions lie with you, and Innolumi is not responsible for the outcomes of these decisions or actions.
